Maximize Performance, Concentration, and Safety
The Human Head is Responsible for 60% of the Body's Cooling

Long Before Your Personnel Experience Heat Stroke or Hypothermia,
Their Performance Suffers From Thermal Exposure®

Professional-Grade, Fully Self-Contained, Thermal Safety System

GelCool Systems Aviation Personnel Cooling System provides cooling (or warming) gel packs housed in a central cooling/warming storage station which:

1.     Maintains the correct temperature for the
        gel packs

2.     Provides a strong, mobile platform which is also
designed for easy cleaning and maintenance

3.     Allows easy, quick change of gel packs while
        maintaining proper temperature.

GelCool Systems' cooling/warming gel packs are designed for the specific hat or helmet worn by military pilots and civilian and military ground crew personnel.  This provides the accurate fit required to ensure that the packs will be used and will be effective - employees in the workplace are all about what works: any system which is cumbersome will be avoided or circumvented if possible.  We design our gel packs to fit snugly in the hat or helmet, maintaining the fit on the head.  Airlines and aviation service providers can improve employee productivity and comfort while significantly reducing the likelihood of heat illness in the summer or hypothermia in the winter.  Military pilots and ground personnel are already using our systems in Iraq.  For more information about our gel packs for use by pilots, please download our Aviation PDF.

The central cooling/warming station was designed with the ground personnel user in mind.  Changing gel packs takes seconds.  Cleaning is quick - the unit is designed to minimize hygiene issues.  This is almost a zero-downtime system which requires very little maintenance, but is designed to allow easy maintenance when needed.  The central cooling/warming station's long-life thermal unit is designed for ease of maintenance and immediate quick change out when desired.
