GelCool Systems Warmer/Cooler Power Consumption
A typical car/light truck battery has about 1200 Watt-hours on a full charge (100 amp-hours).
This battery will power a 1 Amp device for 100 hours.GelCool Systems light weight warmer/cooler uses under 4 Amps, so the battery will power it for 100/4 = 25 hours. This would leave a typical 100 Amp-hour vehicle battery with well over half its engine starting power at 6am when the vehicle was turned off at 6pm the previous day.
